ITGEEKSUPPORT TERMS & CONDITION

1. General Terms
     1.1. itgeeksupport is a service provided by itgeeks.my to offer technical support and IT consultations to its members.
     1.2. By subscribing to any itgeeksupport membership plan, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Membership Plans
      2.1. itgeeksupport offers three membership plans: Basic, Premium, and VIP.
      2.2. Each plan includes different benefits as outlined in the membership structure.

3. Payment and Billing
      3.1. Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.
      3.2. Members must provide valid payment information to maintain their subscription.
      3.3. itgeeks.my reserves the right to change membership fees with 30 days’ notice to members.

4. Services
      4.1. Remote Support:
          • Available to all members without additional charges.
          • Provided through phone, email, or remote access software.
       4.2. In-Store Troubleshooting:
          • Available to all members without additional charges.
          • Members must bring their devices to the designated itgeeks.my store.
       4.3. On-Site Support (VIP Members Only):
          • Limited to 4 hours per month.
          • Additional on-site support is charged at RM100/hour.
          • On-site support hours do not roll over to the next month.
       4.4. Regular Check-Ups:
          • Premium members: One check-up every six months.
          • VIP members: One check-up every three months.
       4.5. Data Recovery (VIP Members Only):
          • Free data recovery service is provided once per year.
          • Additional data recovery services are charged at RM200/incident.
       4.6. Exclusive IT Consultations:
          • Premium members: One consultation every six months.
          • VIP members: One consultation every three months.
          • Consultations include system performance analysis, network security assessment, and IT planning.

5. Service Limitations
      5.1. itgeeksupport services are provided on a best-effort basis.
      5.2. itgeeks.my does not guarantee the resolution of all technical issues.
      5.3. Some services may be limited by the availability of itgeeks.my staff and resources.

6. Member Responsibilities
      6.1. Members must provide accurate and up-to-date information to receive effective support.
      6.2. Members are responsible for maintaining backups of their data.
      6.3. itgeeks.my is not liable for any data loss or damage during the provision of services.

7. Cancellation and Termination
      7.1. Members can cancel their subscription at any time by contacting itgeeks.my support.
      7.2. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
      7.3. itgeeks.my reserves the right to terminate memberships for violations of these terms and
conditions or misuse of services.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
      8.1. itgeeks.my reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
      8.2. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through the itgeeks.my website.
      8.3. Continued use of itgeeksupport services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
